Here at (insert brand) we want to do everything we possibly can to keep both our customers and colleagues safe.  As of 24th July (10th in Scotland)Government regulations mean that it will be mandatory for customers to wear face coverings while visiting UK car dealerships and showrooms.   

Wnow ask that all customers please wear a face mask whilst visiting our dealerships for either sales or aftersales.  If you don’t have one with you, we will be more than happy to provide a single-use use mask for your visit.  If you’re unable to wear a mask, we can offer assistance outside of the dealership building where social distancing can be easily maintained. 

Further investment has been made in training our colleagues, installing more protective screens on customer-facing desks and increasing the supply of PPE for both colleagues and customers.   You can also buy or reserve a car or book an aftersales appointment online, and for those who do not wish to visit a dealership, we now have safe home delivery options available.  You can choose how much you’d like to do online, or you can opt for the more usual in-dealership experience. 

Refreshments are available onsite, and we would love to serve you a hot or cold drink whilst you visit. 

I would like to go on record to thank our dedicated colleagues and loyal customers, and look forward to welcoming you into one of our dealerships very soon.
