Paisley Motor Dealership Wins National Customer Care Award
Macklin Motors Paisley Peugeot has been crowned the national Motability Retailer of the Year at the Peugeot Retailer of the Year Awards.
The accolade, which is designed to ensure Motability customers receive exemplary customer service, is judged on how a dealership delivers the Scheme.
It is assessed on customer feedback and surveys, and also takes into account a dealership’s complete Motability performance, from when an initial sales inquiry is made, to the quality of help and advice, and the levels of knowledge and aftersales care.
Under the Motability scheme, Macklin Motors Peugeot Paisley, in Phoenix Retail Park on Saturn Avenue, can offer a choice of vehicles with adaptions, if required, as well as post-purchase support and servicing.
Ian Gardner, Head of Sales at Peugeot, who visited the dealership to hand over the award, said: “Colleagues at Macklin Motors Paisley Peugeot are setting a great example when it comes to providing an unbeatable service to Motability customers.
“They are worthy winners of the Motability Retailer of the Year award in Peugeot’s Retailer of the Year awards, beating off strong competition to take the national title.”
Alexander Sharp, General Manager at Macklin Motors Paisley Peugeot, said: “We have a sharp focus on offering a first-class experience to all our customers, including our Motability provision, and it is fantastic to receive a prestigious independent endorsement.
“The fact that our approach has been recognised as award-winning is all down to the outstanding teamwork of colleagues at the dealership, who all play a vital part in the business.”
Robert Forrester, Chief Executive of Macklin Motors, said: “Colleagues at our Macklin Motors Paisley Peugeot dealership are to be commended for being officially recognised for applying best practice when it comes to supporting our Motability customers.
“Well done, to all the team!”
