Ascot Colleague Celebrates National Success At Vertu Masters Awards

A long-serving motor colleague from Ascot has been recognised on a national stage after being named ‘Colleague of the Year’ in the Mercedes-Benz Division at the prestigious Vertu Masters Awards.

Claire Jefferies, Sales Support Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Ascot, received the accolade as part of the Group’s annual awards programme, which celebrates the achievements of its highest-performing non-management colleagues from across the UK.

Now in its fifteenth year, the Vertu Masters Awards recognise excellence across the business and with more than 7,000 colleagues in contention, Claire’s achievement is particularly memorable.

Claire has dedicated 30 years to the business, building a wealth of knowledge and experience across a variety of roles. Since moving into her current position two years ago, she has continued to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the dealership, consistently demonstrating reliability, professionalism and a strong commitment to her colleagues.

Known for her approachable nature and willingness to help wherever needed, Claire is a valued member of the team who contributes to a positive and collaborative working environment.

Her attention to detail and determination to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard have earned her the respect of colleagues across the business.
