Trade Union Access Requests

Vertu Motors plc is committed to engaging constructively with trade unions and complying with its obligations in relation to trade union access and communication with workers.

To ensure that all requests are managed consistently and directed appropriately, all formal trade union requests for access to the workforce, colleagues, or workplace locations should be submitted to [email protected].

This dedicated mailbox is the Company's designated point of contact for trade union access requests and helps ensure that:

• requests are acknowledged and considered promptly;
• communications are managed through a consistent and transparent process;
• appropriate operational, health and safety, and business considerations can be taken into account; and
• access arrangements can be coordinated effectively across the Group.

Trade unions seeking to engage with colleagues, communicate with workers, or request workplace access should therefore direct all formal requests to [email protected] in the first instance.

Submission of a request does not automatically grant access. Each request will be considered and managed in accordance with the applicable legal framework and the Company's operational requirements.
