Bristol Street Motors Revives Former Tamworth Cazoo Site
Bristol Street Motors has opened its latest Motornation used car dealership on the site of a former Cazoo outlet in Tamworth, following an investment of over £200,000.
The new dealership, on Ventura Park Road in the town of Tamworth, has created 11 new jobs, with more – including apprentices – in the pipeline.
The Motornation dealership is Bristol Street Motors’ exclusively used car outlet, with the new site demonstrating the brand’s confidence in the demand for second hand vehicles within the area.
As part of the work to open Bristol Street Motors Motornation Tamworth, which is capable of displaying around 80 cars across the showroom and forecourt, a new service centre has been created with bays for up to seven vehicles and extensive refurbishment work has been carried out internally.
Matthew Jones, General Manager at Bristol Street Motors Motornation Tamworth, said: "We are thrilled to have opened the doors of Bristol Street Motors Motornation Tamworth to the public. The first week was much busier than we expected, and so we’re now developing plans to increase the number of colleagues at the site.
“There is significant demand for used cars at the moment and many dealerships are struggling to maintain stock levels, but because we’re part of the wider Vertu Motors group with nearly 200 sites, we have access to thousands of vehicles, so there is something for everyone.”
