Vertu Becomes Back-To-Back Retailer Of The Year Winner
Vertu Motors plc has retained its title as Autotrader Retailer of the Year, reinforcing its reputation as one of the UK's leading automotive retail groups.
The Autotrader Retailer Awards celebrate excellence across the automotive sector and are amongst the most respected accolades available in the UK, with a total of 28 individual awards offered across retail, service and innovation.
The Retailer of the Year Award is determined by analysis of real-world data points and the largest independent mystery shopping programme in the UK, ensuring that the winner is chosen through a combination of hard work and proven results over the course of the year.
Vertu, which operates a network of 194 retail sites running from Dunfermline in Scotland to Truro in Cornwall, was also recognised with the award of Bike Retailer of the Year and was named as a finalist in the Customer Experience category.
The ceremony was extra special for Vertu this year, as it was held at Co-op Live in Manchester. The brand is a Founding Partner of the venue - the largest indoor arena in the UK.
