Vertu Extends Long-Standing Dunfermline Athletic FC Partnership

Vertu has extended its long-standing partnership with Dunfermline Athletic Football Club, continuing a successful relationship that reflects a shared commitment to the Club, its supporters and the local community.

Vertu has a long-standing relationship with the Pars dating back two decades to the time when the multi-franchise dealership located next to the KDM East End Park Stadium on Halbeath Road was known as Dunfermline Autocentre.

The dealership then became the first Scottish site in the Vertu Group after being purchased in early 2010, and now offers sales of new Dacia, Hyundai, Renault and Vauxhall models.

Through the years, the relationship between the dealership and the Club has included the provision of a kit van and branding on the matchday kit itself whilst, since 2024, Vertu has also held naming rights to the East Stand, which backs onto the dealership and is known as the Vertu Community Stand.

The extended partnership will include continued naming rights to the East Stand and will see Vertu provide the Club with a new kit van for use during the upcoming season.

The dealership and the Club will also work hand in hand on the hosting of an annual summer event for the local community.

Now led by Neil Lennon, Dunfermline Athletic enjoyed a successful 2025/26 season that saw the team make it into the end-of-season Premiership play-off places, and also finish as runner-up to Celtic in the Scottish Cup - with victories over top flight sides Hibernian, Aberdeen and Falkirk en-route to the final.

Paul Lunan, General Manager at Vertu Dunfermline, said: “We’re delighted to extend our long-standing partnership with Dunfermline Athletic FC going into what promises to be another exciting season for Neil Lennon and his team.

“We are extremely proud to have such a strong relationship with the Club, particularly when you consider the positive impact it has had on the community through the years.

“We look forward to working with the Club to further benefit the local area and hopefully we can enjoy further success together both on and off the pitch.”

David Cook, Chief Executive Officer at Dunfermline Athletic FC, said: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Vertu, whose support has been an important part of the Club for many years.

“This partnership goes far beyond football, reflecting a shared commitment to the local community and helping the Club continue to grow both on and off the pitch. We look forward to building on our excellent relationship and enjoying the next few seasons together.
