Vertu's Eye-Catching Experiential Race Trailer Hits The Road

Vertu's Eye-Catching Experiential Race Trailer Hits The Road

Vertu, the UK’s fourth largest automotive retailer group, has unveiled a bold new experiential race trailer that will help to bring the brand to life at events across the country during the year ahead.

Created alongside EXCELR8, the team behind the title-winning Team VERTU programme in the British Touring Car Championship, the trailer features an eye-catching livery that has been designed to resemble rows of Matchbox-style vehicles neatly lined up in their display boxes.

The design has been created to showcase the extensive portfolio of automotive brands that Vertu represents at dealerships across the UK, stretching from Dunfermline just north of the Firth of Forth right down to Truro in Cornwall.

In total, Vertu represents more than 30 of the leading manufacturers from across the globe, with the wide variety of vehicles available from Vertu dealerships being reflected in the various cars, bikes and vans that adorn the new trailer.

The new experiential race trailer will be used to help carry out brand activations at events across the country, with its first outing of the summer coming at the Devon County Show in May.

From there, the trailer will be used at events throughout the summer that include CarFest, The Great Yorkshire Show and the Gloworm Festival – a family-friendly event in Nottinghamshire which Vertu will attend for the first time in August.

As well as visiting the various headline events, the new trailer will also act as a mobile workspace capable of carrying out smaller activities at Vertu dealerships around the country, including new product launches and community-led activations.

The trailer will also appear at a number of events alongside Vertu’s expansive list of partners, such as Birmingham City FC and Co-op Live, and has already appeared at the latter, having been tasked with delivering a new BYD Sealion 7 Excellence for use by the largest indoor arena in the UK.

Melanie Ofield, Vertu’s Head of Experiential Marketing, said: “Events season is always exciting as we take the Vertu brand out on the road, and this year is more exciting than ever with the introduction of our new bespoke race trailer.

“The design not only encapsulates our love for all things automotive, but also creates something memorable, whether people visit us at events or spot us on the road.

“We look forward to using the new trailer to connect with customers, colleagues and partners throughout the year.”
