Bristol Street Motors Chooses Worcester To Open Its First BYD Dealership
Bristol Street Motors has opened its first BYD dealership at Cosgrove Close, Blackpole, Worcester, co-located with Bristol Street Motors Worcester Ford.
This new venture includes a dedicated showroom for BYD vehicles, complete with a robotic assistant, with a shared workshop and service reception facilities with the existing Ford site, supported by specially trained BYD technicians.
This significant development has created four new jobs and will feature a range of BYD’s innovative vehicles, including the Atto 3, Dolphin, and Seal models. BYD, the world’s largest new energy vehicle manufacturer, continues to lead the industry in electric vehicle technology.
As the BYD range expands, the dealership is poised to grow, creating additional employment opportunities. BYD was one of the key sponsors of Euro 2024, further raising the profile of the fast growing manufacturer.
A standout feature of the new dealership will be the introduction of a robot assistant, arriving soon, which is designed to elevate the customer experience.
This futuristic assistant will greet customers, offer bottles of water, provide introductions to each vehicle and its specifications, and showcase vehicle videos. Impressively, the robot can autonomously navigate to its charging point or reception area and even entertain with singing and dancing.
