National Award for Skipton Service Advisor
Toby Sims, a service advisor at Vertu Volkswagen Skipton, has been recognised with a national award for his dedication to providing the very best customer experience.
He received the Vertu Masters Service Advisor CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Champion Award – awarded to the service advisor who has demonstrated the highest level of customer service and satisfaction as measured by the manufacturer.
Toby was nominated by service manager Darren Hudson. His nomination stated that ‘Since his first day he has strived to go the extra mile with his helpful and sunny attitude, always looking for work, looking to help his colleagues and customers. He has looked after the most customers so far this year, although the work is divided equally each day, he takes the initiative, jumps on extra customers and takes responsibility to deliver for them.’
Vertu Motors has inducted 15 new members into its Masters Club, which recognises colleagues from the Group’s 154 dealerships who have excelled in their role and delivered outstanding levels of performance.
The winners were chosen from nominations made by their colleagues and included awards that reflect the company’s values of commitment, integrity, passion, respect, and professionalism.
Robert Forrester, chief executive of Vertu Motors plc, said: “The Masters Awards are an opportunity for us to thank colleagues who go the extra mile, and in many cases do so over a very long period of time. Sadly, we have been unable to get together to celebrate their achievements with an awards ceremony, but this makes them no less important.
“This is a great accolade for Toby, a colleague in one of our new VW dealerships. The scores and wholly positive customer comments tell the story on how well he delivers for them and for the business. Keep up the great work Toby.”
