Vertu Brings BYD To Hartlepool
Award-winning motor retailer Vertu has completed an extensive redevelopment of its dealership in Hartlepool into a new BYD retail site, marking a strategic expansion of its electric vehicle portfolio.
The investment, in excess of £500k, has seen the Ford site rebranded and refitted to meet BYDs showroom standards and will offer new and used car sales, alongside servicing.
Crucially, the Brenda Road site will retain its status as a Ford Authorised Repairer, ensuring continuity for existing customers.
The redeveloped site - Vertus third BYD dealership - features a suite of modern facilities tailored to BYDs electric vehicle offering, including dedicated EV servicing bays, rapid charging stations, and a digitally enhanced showroom experience.
Customers will be welcomed by a robot concierge, an interactive AI assistant designed to provide product information, manage appointments, and support service enquiries.
