Vertu Hyundai Silverlink Wins Global Dealer Award for the Second Time

Newcastle’s Vertu Hyundai Silverlink has once again been recognised for winning the Best CX Dealer award at the Hyundai Global Dealer of the Year Awards.
For the second time running, the Tyneside dealership beat around 6,000 Hyundai dealerships from across the world to take the title in recognition of its exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
The award, which evaluates performance in areas such as alternative fuel vehicle sales, customer experience, dealer profitability, new car sales, and aftersales service, places Vertu Hyundai Silverlink among the top-performing Hyundai retailers worldwide.
It is the second time that the dealership, based on Silverlink Business Park near Newcastle, has collected this award, which is based on customer feedback and mystery shopping.
